Four steps, no sales funnel.
There is no signup wall, no credit-card-first trial and nobody who will call you about your roadmap. The whole process is getting you onto hardware.
Tell us the shape of it
Pick a server or describe the machine you need: cores, memory, disks, port size, which location. A traceroute or a current invoice tells us more than a form ever will.
We confirm what exists
You get back a specific configuration from stock, or a date if the parts have to be sourced. No machine is promised before we know it is on a shelf.
Invoice, then provisioning
Card (Visa or Mastercard), bank transfer or PayPal, from an account in your own name. Handover takes a few hours to 7 business days after payment, set by whether the configuration you need is already on the shelf. You get a date, not a guess. Before handover the server is tested in full: memory, disks and ports. The first invoice covers the coming month and is paid in advance; a new one follows each month.
Your keys, your control
Access arrives as a ticket in the HostiServer panel: IPMI if you want to do everything yourself, SSH if you want us to set the operating system up. Root, out-of-band and your addresses come with it. Invoices and renewals live in the same panel; the machine needs nothing from us until you or the hardware do.
